　　知名IT業博客人Keso今年2月中旬去了一趟南非。半個月后，他在自己的博客上以"圖說南非"為題，貼出了12篇圖文并茂的帖子。文章很快引來大量網友的點擊。在他位于網易的博客上，12篇日志的最高閱讀量達2萬人，還不算他在donews、twitter以及其五季的博客點擊量。據說有 17000人訂閱了他的博客。

　　操一口流利中文的南非小伙子Jeremy Goldkorn(金玉米)顯然對這組數據很滿意。這個在北京住了14年的"冒牌老外"擁有一個名為"單位"的博客類英文網站，每天向世界介紹中國發生的故事。當南非駐華大使館希望在中國推廣旅游事業時，他把keso推到了大使面前，于是成就了這起看似不經意的博客營銷。

　　"傳統媒體的影響力正在削弱，知名博客的影響力顯然不能小看。"金玉米說，我建議他們用一種新的最合適的方式來營銷，最后想到了名人博客。Keso之前，娛樂圈"第一博主"徐靜蕾也在南非旅游局的安排下進行了游覽，隨后出版的《公開!老徐的南非英文書》高居暢銷書排行榜不下。

　　金玉米在互聯網業混的時間不短，最近越來越多的人開始找他咨詢網絡營銷的事情。這正是當下網絡廣告市場的寫照。看起來利用互聯網進行整合營銷是個人人皆知的道理，但是這些公司利用互聯網進行營銷的真實情況又是怎樣呢?數字營銷有沒有形成完整的行業守則?

　　近期的互聯網創意營銷經典案例，最值得說上一筆的還數VISA公司近期在傳統媒體上播放了一則有趣且令人印象深刻的廣告：一群人在不同地方歡快地跳著重復揮動手臂的奇怪舞蹈。

　　這一創意就是來自互聯網上一個叫Matt的家伙。

　　Matt是加利福尼亞一家IT公司的工程師。他喜歡在吃飯走路的時候跳一種自己發明的的舞蹈。他每到一處旅游，都在當地有特色的建筑或地標前跳舞，并用手機拍下視頻，在后期配樂剪輯后放到Youtube上。

　　在現實生活中，這種行為看起來很瘋狂，但在互聯網上Matt卻受到了熱烈追捧。很快一家美國口香糖公司贊助了Matt。他們做的事情很簡單，就是支付 Matt四處旅游的機票，而Matt要做的只是在短片的最后打上一個感謝Logo。最后這個創意被VISA公司采用，變成了人們在電視上看到的廣告。

　　對于"企業為什么要進行數字營銷"這個問題，答案看起來顯而易見。

　　CNNIC的統計報告已經宣布，中國互聯網網民至今超過3億。而根據奧美公司的調研統計，年齡低于25歲的"數字移民"正在成為網民的主要力量這是VISA們創意成功的基礎。

　　視頻網站土豆網銷售和策劃副總裁王祥蕓說，雖然電視在傳播領域上仍然擁有優勢，但以電腦為載體的新媒體營銷，其特點和優勢也日益明顯。首先，網絡具有很強互動性，其次透過現有技術平臺，廣告主可以非常方便地跟蹤用戶行為(比如廣告被點擊了多少次)，第三個特別之處在于，網絡可以向特定人群(比如某一區域或年齡段網民)進行靈活的廣告投放和營銷。

　　對廣告主而言，電腦前面的年輕人的確是個不能忽視的市場，這句話看起來有些老生常談，但是，怎么利用好互聯網，在營銷上并沒有形成完整和成熟的理念。

　　"針對網絡營銷的主要開支還是網絡廣告。"寶潔公司媒體采購部一位內部人士說，基于他對年輕人的影響力，網絡廣告越來越多被公司所采納。而對于SNS一類互動性較強的網絡媒體，客戶則一般青睞于在新產品上市或進行特定品牌活動時采用。

　　不容忽視的是，除了網絡廣告，更多的公司還愿意做軟文或者花錢雇網絡寫手。這類寫手在網上被稱做"5毛黨"，"發一個帖子給五毛錢"。"這是一種非常低級的營銷方式，但卻被很多公司采納，原因在于操作簡單價格便宜。"金玉米說。

　　對奧美公關數字化影響力亞太區總監ThomasCrampton來說，"五毛黨"的盛行并不是好消息。為了幫助客戶進行網絡營銷，奧美成立了專門的 "360度數字影響力"小組，并聘請在《國際先驅導報》和《紐約時報》擁有18年記者經驗的著名博客人Thomas Crampton擔任總監。

　　"互聯網是個充滿創意的地方，利用數字媒體進行整合營銷的空間很大，但很多企業仍然沒有意識到這點。" Thomas接受記者采訪時說。

　　Thomas所在團隊曾幫助新加坡《南華早報》中文網站做了一次成功的網絡營銷。這是一段布什會見國家主席胡錦濤的視頻，通過巧妙的配音剪輯，政治人物成了陪襯，而《南華早報》獨家快速的新聞報道形象卻令人深刻。

　　網絡營銷：又美麗，又兇險

　　"要利用互聯網!"盡管這個道理看起來非常淺顯，但是對于很多公司來說，進行有創意的整合營銷仍然很難決策。一是因為這種創意并不隨手可得，需要一點點運氣。另外就是因為網絡內容和傳播的特殊性往往意味著企業必須承擔比以往更大的風險。

　　"意識到要利用互聯網和真正有效利用它做營銷是兩碼事。"奧美公關數字化影響力亞太區總監Thomas Crampton接受說，數字媒體營銷的"水很深"，一不小心就會掉入陷阱。

　　香港一家著名五星級酒店朗豪酒店近日正面臨這樣的尷尬。他們精心策劃的一組用于網絡營銷的視頻惡評如潮，收到了適得其反的效果。

　　這組視頻講述了一個外國游客在香港的故事。大意是外國游客來到香港因嘈雜的集市和文化差異帶來的不適應感而驚慌失措，當他穿過層層人海看到郎豪酒店的時候，終于松了一口氣，露出會心的微笑。

　　視頻采用了類似于恐怖片的拍攝手法，音樂驚悚，充滿了夸張扭曲的表情。盡管因為題材新穎博取了不少點擊量，但卻招致了網友特別是香港地區網民的一致聲討。 "其實這是一家很好的酒店，但是他在宣傳自己的時候丑化了自己所在的城市。"Thomas說，朗豪犯了一個致命錯誤。

　　最終，朗豪的這起網絡營銷，以該酒店總經理不得不站出來向香港市民道歉的場面而宣告失敗收場。這一案例證明，利用數字媒體進行整合營銷并不是越有創意越好，也有一些必須遵從的信條。

　　"沒有一個解決方案是完美的，你必須清楚地知道自己要什么。"土豆網副總裁王祥蕓說，此外一個成功的整合營銷解決方案還必須包含有創意的手法。

1.老客戶介紹

這個是最傳統和最有效的方式，所以服務好老客戶，是企業工作的重中之重。但業務量是一定的，不可能根據你的投入出大的驚喜。

2.展會、廣告

展會仍然是目前速度最快，見效最高的方式，畢竟來展會的老外是直接有需求的客戶，他們在展會上可以直接和我們企業見面，而且可以直接看到我們的產品，另外一個方面展會價格比較高，本身能在展會上設攤，也是一種企業實力的表現，增加了客戶的信任。展會費用比較高，而且有檔次的展會一年也就那么幾次，對一些企業特別是小企業很是不利。

3.Email營銷(黃頁網站，其他網站的需求信息)

可以去一些行業網站(特別是國外的網站)尋找一些別人發布的需求信息郵件，回個郵件問問，雖然很多信息已經過期，但留的郵件肯定是行業人士，說不定最近剛好有了新的需求。這種方式回復率不是很大，但也是成本最低的營銷方式了，時間許可的話不妨試試。

另外一種是找到行業黃頁網站，或在搜索引擎里面搜索下，找到目標客戶的網站，找出他們的郵件地址，發封郵件，慢慢形成自己的客戶郵件庫。

4.搜索引擎營銷

1)搜索引擎優化：很多客戶的習慣還是通過搜索引擎獲取信息，不妨改變下自己公司的網站，對于一個語言的國家單獨申請一個域名，并把服務器放到他們的國家，針對的進行搜索引擎優化，如果不花錢就能把自己的網站按照關鍵字排名在搜索引擎前面，可以說是最有效的營銷方式了。

2)搜索引擎競價排名：接觸的一些企業，對在國內做Baidu,Google的排名都很熟悉，而且一些提供商盯得也很厲害；但對國外就不是很熟悉，好像有種不知道怎么下手，也不知道怎么控制費用的恐懼。實際在這次經濟危機中很多搜索引擎也都針對的推出了相應的計劃，比如大家比較熟悉的Google是英語國家內用的比較多的搜索引擎，他也推出了相應的計劃(如出口易計劃)，原來的規則沒有改變，如廣告只按點擊付費，您自主決定預算，查看分析投資回報率；投放的廣告可以按照地區、語言、時間定位等；第一次的費用也只是略高于1萬元。熟悉了這些操作和國內實際沒有大的區別，企業可以根據自己的實際有選擇的實行。
